Arima Onsen Shikinoirodori Hatago - Kobe

The hotel was situated in a quiet location but was easily accessible to the main shopping area. the rooms were comfortable but nothing special. the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was great. the onsen in the hotel was nice and the food in the restaurant was amazing. There were some nice amenities such as a spa area and a helpful concierge service.

The view from the rooms was not very impressive.

I loved the hotel's location in a peaceful area that wasn't too far away from the main shopping district of the city. The staff was always polite and helpful, arranged pick-up services and making us feel like royalty. the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the cozy hot spring baths. And the breakfast we had was definitely worth it!

Loved the Food and Spa! I recently spent a weekend at a traditional Japanese inn in a peaceful area near the main shopping district. the friendly staff arranged pick, up from the bus station, making it convenient for me to travel with my luggage. the hot springs are a real treat, with two types of water to choose from. the best part of my stay was the mouth, watering dinner served on the first night, cooked to perfection and tasted like it belonged in a Michelin, star restaurant. the breakfast was also great. Rooms Could Be Better Rooms can be improved in terms of their appearance and comfort level, but they are still decent enough to provide a comfortable stay.

The meals and the spa were definite highlights of our romantic getaway. The traditional Japanese dining was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. We enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast, too. The spa area was serene and relaxing, with a hot tub and sauna available. We appreciated the location of the hotel, which was near the city center but still offered a quiet escape.

While the room was comfortable and clean, it wasn't very spacious and lacked some amenities we were hoping for. the decor was a bit outdated.
